Who We Are

Welcome!

I'm thrilled you stopped by my site. I'm Jack Nance, a lifelong educator married to my wife Jennifer for over 30 years.

 

Barbecuing and smoking meat is my passion, and I've received countless compliments on my rub. A coworker suggested I sell it, so here we are, excited to launch my rubs!

 

Originally from Arizona, I live in California. My beef rub, "Arizona Heat" packs a flavorful punch that keeps you coming back for more. My kids love using it on everything from baked potatoes to vegetables and meats.

 

For chicken and pork enthusiasts, we haveCluck and Oinker," which offers a sweet yet mild spicy kick. Many customers even enjoy it on salmon and other fish.

 

My lineup also includes a sugar-free "Cajun" rub with a fantastic blend of natural spices, along with the classic Salt, Pepper, and Garlic (SPG), enhanced with a touch of parsley. Every BBQ lover needs SPG in their arsenal!

My favorite meat to smoke is Brisket

Here is a picture of my smoker at work. This picture has a Pork Butt with Cluck and Oinker, Brisket with Arizona Heat, and Chicken Breasts wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Mac and Cheese seasoned with my Cluck and Oinker. .
